of the community. The Lakeview Room
offers members a gathering
place to socialize with their
neighbors and guests. The Lakeview Room is a private place to
play cards, watch the game or
just relax after your round.
The room is furnished with
comfortable furniture as well
as a video conference equipment
in case you need to take care
of your business remotely. Our
staff is well trained and available
to take care of your needs.
Our facilities and services
help create an exceptional golf
experience. Golf members
enjoy many privileges including
private tournaments, advance
tee times, special social events,
and private cart ownership.
Members’ of the clubs
may elect to join either the
Men’s or Ladies' Golf Clubs.
Each club hosts an Invitational
Tournament annually as well
as monthly golf events for all
levels of play. The clubs are
active in planning special tournaments
in the spirit of the game.

Club is a semi-private club and
offers the following membership options:
2013 Membership Options
$11,000 Golf Membership (Recallable if non-property owner). This non-equity Golf Membership entitles the member and his/her family (including spouse and dependent children under age 23) unlimited use of the Golf Course and Practice Facility. 50% of the Golf Membership initiation fee is due upon enrollment and 50% is due upon the first anniversary of the enrollment date. A 10% initiation fee discount will be given if 100% of the initiation fee is paid upon enrollment. The Membership initiation fee is entirely non-refundable and dues will commence upon enrollment.
Golf Membership Monthly Dues are currently $350.00
$5,000 Premium Term Golf Membership License - Recallable. This non-equity non transferrable Membership License entitles the Member and his/her family (including spouse and dependent children under age 23) unlimited use of the Golf Course and Practice Facility. 100% of the initiation fee can be applied towards a Golf Membership if the election to upgrade is made within the one year of enrollment and 50% within two years. No portion of the initiation fee will be applied if the election is made more than two years after enrollment. The Membership initiation fee is entirely non-refundable and dues will commence upon enrollment.
Premium Term Golf Membership Monthly Dues are currently $365.00
$6,000 Corporate Membership – Recallable. This non-equity non transferrable Membership entitles (2) designees and his/her family (including spouse and dependent children under age 23) unlimited use of the Golf Course and Practice Facility. Each additional designee shall pay a $3,000 non refundable initiation fee. The Membership initiation fee is entirely non-refundable and dues will commence upon enrollment.
Corporate Membership Monthly Dues, Per Designee, are currently $350.00

Annual Golf Pass
The Annual Golf Pass is for one person’s unlimited golf Sunday – Thursday and twilight
tee times Friday and Saturday based upon availability. Unlimited use of our practice
facility is also included; you must phone or check in at the Golf Shop prior to use.
You will receive discounted Bungalow stays and selected Golf Shop Merchandise Discount.
If you choose to use one of our carts, a cart fee of $15 must be paid before your round.
The Annual Golf Pass fee is $2995.00 per calendar year.
